The Ultimate Civilian is an effective survival tool with its main function enabling a user to be "Tracked or Located" at any stage during their journey, whether their journey is planned or unplanned.

Ultimate Civilian addresses a problem with other tracking apps in that once the phone is switched off or battery has depleted, it is unable to find your location.

Ultimate Civilian gets around this problem by storing your positions along a route or journey on a secure server, enabling rescuers or family members to follow the route you have taken even after your phones battery is drained or your phone is switched off.

Included in the application is also a Geo based service finder that can find local services based on your position for example, Hospitals, Fire Departments, Police and much more.

You also receive a torch, a rescue siren/panic alarm, access to information for flood or disaster emergencies, what to have in your disaster pack and how to create an Emergency Evacuation Plan. The application will store and remember what items you have in your pack and what you still need to buy. (An internal shop allowing members access to these products at greatly discounted prices to come soon).

Survival Guides and First Aid hints are provided within the app to assist you in an emergency.

We also welcome submissions of other guides and first aid tips to be included on the application.

The Ultimate Civilian team are dedicated to this app so you can be assured that this app will constantly have new and exciting sub apps built into it to create you the Ultimate Civilian Application for your phone, all extras will be included in any updates to the Application.

Please note: "This app uses background service mode therefore continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease your device battery life."
